New Year, New Dawn to People Living With Disabilities in Yobe

People living with disability identified as physically challenged, that mostly seen as no hope and in consistent by the most society. These perception has ended up since the inclusion of physically challenge by the Government, non governmental organization, civil society organisation.

 

Making reference to the animal, the Porcupine,  said that as small as it is, people cannot move near it, stating that when there is a disability, God always create an ability. Most of the physically challenge become independent by acquiring knowledge, skills among others.

Establishment of disable school in Nigeria dated back in 1875 by the Roman Catholic Mission, whereas, Nigerian govenrment and the state government establish numbers of school to eradic illeracy and  poverty alleviation. 

Alhaji Usman Bura, Chairman Yobe State People living with disability Commission  said, Governor Mai mala  buni of Yobe State sign long awaited bill for people living with disability and also appointment board chairmen.

The bill is a goal to all PLWs in the state,  which serve as a pillar that fed up the barrier, we were fully included in the governance and also to receive equal treatment. 

The Chairman call on all PLWs in the state to conduct them selves for the achievement of the bill that is long awaited and also be law abiding citizen.
