NUJ commend Gov. Buni for speedy transforming Yobe

The Nigerian Union of Journalist (NUJ) Yobe State council, tours the entire state in capturing developmental project of Governor Mai Mala Buni in driving Yobe Forward.
This was express at a press briefing by the State Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalist, Comrade Rajab Mohammed at NUJ secretariat Damaturu, today Thursday.
He said Governor Buni invested in healthcare in other to curtail the menace in healthcare system in providing 140 primary healthcare facilities, upgrading of Specialist Hospital in Potiskum, Damaturu, Gashua and provision of relevant agencies such as YOTCHMA, BUDMA respectively.
He added that, Buni administration employed over 3000 Yobeans in healthcare facilities, ministries and agencies of the state.
The Chairman Expresses optimistic to Governor Buni over giving tramendous to educational system in providing educational facilities and giving free education to Yobe State student.
The Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) Yobe state council said, they have seen unprecedented under Buni's administration in terms of constructing township and inter-town roads across Yobe state during their tour recently.
Rajab stated that, the tour afforded opportunities to witness for themselves the efforts of the state and local government council towards improving the lives of the people under the leadership of Governor Mai Mala Buni.
He noted that some of the projects seen on ground during the tour by Journalists are the transformation in heath, education, infrastructural development under Governor Mai Mala Buni's leadership are quite exciting and fulfilling.
The NUJ Chair further said, in the area of health and education, governor Mai Mala Buni has established 140 primary health care centers that brought effective and efficient health care services to the people especially those at the grassroots.
He further revealed that, the process of education is also fulfilling, as now students proudly post their WAEC, NECO and NABTEB results on social media. Government pay exam fees and professional registration fees like those of the Nigerian Law school, ANAN and I CAN among others.
"Our team also pay visit and seen the government has completed the construction of ultra modern market in Damaturu, Nguru and Gashua while those in Potiskum and Geidam nearly completion.
"We sincerely appreciate Yobe state Governor for his unparallel love and free hand to the media in the state. Indeed he remains the most media- friendly Governor in Nigeria ".
